When you choose our Pro Plan and work with our recommended suppliers, we guarantee the quality of your products. If any defects are found during our warehouse inspections, we’ll replace them at no extra cost.
Additionally, if you discover defects within 15 days of receiving your goods and provide clear evidence, we will either send replacements or offer appropriate compensation.
We provide free general inspections for all plans using AQL 2.5 standards. For 100% accuracy, choose our full inspection service to identify and remove every defective item.
All goods, whether on our Pro or Basic plan, undergo a free general inspection at our warehouse following Level II, AQL 2.5 standards comparable to leading inspection agencies.
If defects are found and you’re using our recommended suppliers, we’ll resolve the issues at no extra cost. For other suppliers, we can still assist, but logistics and travel fees may apply.
